DeLis (Oswald) Berry

Darby – Wanda DeLis Berry was born on May 28, 1931 in Hamilton to the late Marion and Gladys Simmons Oswald.  DeLis entered into heaven on June 13, 2019 at her home.  DeLis graduated from Darby High School in 1949.

She married the love of her life, Bob Berry, on Feb 3, 1951.  To this union they were blessed with 5 children.  DeLis spent her life raising her children and several other kids in the area.  DeLis’ love was taking care of everyone.

She was active in the Garden Club, Bible Study and taught Bible Club to Darby’s Children.  She enjoyed hiking the hills of MT, taking photos, hand crafts and reading, especially the Bible.

She is survived by her children, Joe (Ruby) of Corvallis, Doug (Jasmine) of Stevensville, Rex (Luanne) of Challis, ID., Julie Brown of Hamilton; 15 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob; son, Todd, grandson, Riley and brother, George Oswald.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 22th at Lone Pine Cemetery in Darby.
